Frequently asked questions
The questions we are asked most often
Is the site visit free?
Yes. The Verde Vercelli site visit is free in Vercelli and across the whole province: we come to see the garden and work out together the most suitable solutions for your green space.
Where do you work?
Verde Vercelli is based in Vercelli and works in every comune of the Vercelli plain, from the Po up to Gattinara and Lozzolo. In the Valsesia our partner Verde Valsesia does the work.
When will you get back to me?
Verde Vercelli replies within 24 working hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm) to anyone who writes through the website or on WhatsApp, to arrange a date for the free site visit together.
Do you fell trees in tight spaces too?
Yes. When a tall tree stands in a courtyard, right next to a house or in a garden that no vehicle can reach, Verde Vercelli fells it by tree climbing: the arborist climbs the tree with ropes and a harness, works from above and takes the tree down section by section.
Who disposes of grass cuttings and branches?
Verde Vercelli does: at the end of the job the team gathers up grass cuttings, branches and timber, loads them and takes them away, leaving the area clean.
Do you work for residential buildings, businesses and public authorities?
Yes. Verde Vercelli looks after the green spaces of homeowners, residential buildings, businesses and public authorities in Vercelli and across the province.
Can I have a scheduled maintenance contract?
Yes. Verde Vercelli offers routine maintenance contracts for private gardens, residential buildings, businesses and public authorities, tailored to what each one needs.
